The reception dinner will be served family style with the following:
freshly baked with whipped herb butter
with black pepper almond brittle, grilled fruit and almond vinaigrette
four-hour red wine-braised short ribs
with lemon caper sauce and tomato confit
with tomato confit, toasted pine nuts and basil oil
with rosemary and parmesan
You may request a vegetarian alternative, along with allergies and other dietary accommodations when you submit your RSVP
